You buy your excavator directly from the manufacturer, at manufacturer pricing. We're their representatives here in the United States — two people who handle everything on this side of the water. Named-brand engines, real specifications, and video of your actual machine being built before it ships.
Whether you're looking at three tonnes or seven, you're weighing the same three options. Here's an honest read on where we fit.
| New name-brand | Used name-brand | Us | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Up-front cost | Highest | Moderate | Well below new name-brand |
| Hours on the clock | Zero | Usually 2,000–4,000 | Zero |
| Financing | Often 0% factory offers | Standard rates | Cash or your own lender. Deposit, then balance before shipping |
| Resale value | Strongest | Strong | Weaker. We won't pretend otherwise |
| Wait time | Dealer stock or order | Immediate | Roughly 8–10 weeks |
| Who you talk to | Dealer salesperson | Auction or private seller | Us, plus a direct line to the factory |
Where we lose: if you need a machine this week, or you need financing today, buy used name-brand — and we'll say so on the call. We'd rather point you somewhere else than sell you the wrong thing.
We could list a hundred models. Instead we've picked three, specced them one way each, and learned them properly — so when you ask a question we answer it on the call rather than a week later. As a rule they land 20–30% under what the same class costs new from a dealer. The manufacturer builds a great deal more than this, and we can reach all of it.

Footings, trenching, utilities, grading. The size most rental fleets run hardest.
Ours, delivered: ask for a quote

This is where the gap is widest, and where we're strongest. If you're sizing up, start here.
Ours, delivered: ask for a quote

Tighter sites, lighter duty, smaller trailer. The right answer when the 4-tonne is more machine than the job needs.
Ours, delivered: ask for a quote
The manufacturer's catalog runs well past these three — bigger excavators into the heavier classes, plus skid steers and wheel loaders. We lead with the three above because that's where we can quote fast and answer without checking.
Tell us what the job actually has to do and we'll come back with what's available, what it costs delivered, and the lead time. If it isn't a good fit, we'll tell you that too.
Breaker, auger, grapple, thumb. Tell us what the job needs and we'll quote the machine and the attachments together rather than leaving you to source them separately once it lands.
Eight to ten weeks is real, and we're not going to bury it. Here's exactly what happens in that window, and why some buyers decide it's worth it.
A call — video or phone. What you're digging, what you're currently renting, what you're paying. If a used machine is the better answer for you, we'll say so.
You get a written quote — machine, attachments and delivery to your yard in one number, with no line items appearing later. Then we get back on a call within 24 to 48 hours to walk through it line by line and answer whatever it raises. You won't be left to interpret a PDF on your own.
Your machine goes into production. You get photos and video of your actual unit on the line — not a catalog picture.
Freight, customs and duty are already handled and already in your price. It arrives at your yard on a truck.
Every quote we write is delivered duty paid — the freight, the customs entry, the import duty and the truck to your yard are all inside the price. You buy a machine, not an import project.
Booked, paid and tracked from the factory. You don't quote carriers or chase a container.
The manufacturer is the importer of record. The entry, the paperwork and the broker are theirs to handle.
Your quote is written as a single delivered figure. We confirm exactly what it covers in writing before you commit.
It arrives on a truck at the address you give us. Tell us about access at your yard and we'll plan the drop around it.
You get one delivered price, in writing, before you commit. We will show you exactly what it includes and what it does not, so there is nothing to work out later.
We work with one manufacturer, not a rotating list of factories. That is deliberate — it is how we can answer questions about your machine without going away to find out.
Not a trading company and not a factory that pivoted into this last year. Excavators and compact equipment are what they build.
Europe is their established export market, so these machines are built to European emissions and machinery-safety standards. That is a demanding bar, and it has been cleared for years.
Kubota, Yanmar and Perkins engines, with Danfoss and Kawasaki hydraulic components. Specified by model on every quote, not hidden behind "diesel engine."
Most imported equipment reaches the US through a trading company that never sees the machine. We deal with the factory itself — Yihan talks to production in Mandarin, same day, which is why a spec question gets answered in hours rather than a week.
Before you pay anything, you'll have the full picture: the manufacturer's name, the original factory spec sheet, and the emissions certification for the specific engine in your machine.
We'd rather you evaluate the machine itself than take our word for it.
Not a call centre and not a marketplace listing. Two people, both reachable.
Years of B2B sales for US technology companies. I came into this the long way round — trying to source a machine for a project of my own, and finding that the honest information a buyer needs was almost impossible to get. I'll be the one on your call, and I'd rather lose a deal than put you on the wrong machine.
Native Mandarin and English. She deals with the factory directly — specifications, production scheduling, and the photos and video of your machine as it's built. Nothing goes through a trading company or a middleman.
Straight from the factory floor and the yard. No renderings, no retouching — this is what the equipment looks like before it ships.

Ask on the call and we'll send you the full set for whichever machine you're considering — including video of the cab, the controls and the machine running.
These are the questions we'd ask if we were buying. We'd rather answer them here than have you wonder.
Two reasons, and neither is exotic. First, there's no dealer network in the middle — no showroom, no floor plan financing, no regional distributor taking a cut. Second, labour and manufacturing overhead in China are lower.
The trade: you wait eight to ten weeks and there's no dealer down the road. For a lot of buyers that's an easy call at this price difference.
Fair question, and here's what's actually behind the machine.
The manufacturer provides a three-year warranty on the main structure, with wear parts excluded. We'll walk you through the full terms on the call — what's covered, what the service intervals are, and what you need to keep records of. We'd rather you understand it before you buy than discover it afterwards.
We work directly with the factory, not through a trading company. Because we act as their sales representatives rather than reselling out of a warehouse, they support any machine that goes to you through us — parts, technical questions, and warranty claims come straight from the people who built it. Yihan deals with them in Mandarin, same day.
The practical part also helps: the engines are Kubota and Yanmar, the same engines your mechanic already works on, so filters, belts and service parts come from suppliers he already uses.
What we're still building is a US parts stock and a named service partner in Houston. Ask where that stands when you call — we'll give you the real answer.
Financing: not through us, not yet. Today this is a cash purchase, or you bring your own lender. If you qualify for a manufacturer's 0% offer on a new name-brand machine, run that math carefully before talking to us — a subsidised rate can beat a lower sticker price on the monthly payment. We'd rather you check than regret it.
Payment terms, plainly: a 30% deposit to start your build, and the balance once manufacturing is complete — before the machine ships from the factory.
That means you're paying before the machine is on US soil. It's standard for direct factory purchase, and we'd rather state it plainly up front than have it surprise you later.
What you get before you pay the balance: the original factory spec sheet, emissions documentation for your specific engine, a written quote with delivery included, and photographs and video of your actual machine at each stage of the build — not a catalog image. You watch it get made.
What we're working on: a third-party lender so you can pay monthly. Ask where that stands when you call — the answer may have moved.
Ask. The three on this page are what we lead with, but the manufacturer's catalog runs well past them — larger excavators into the heavier classes, along with skid steers and wheel loaders.
Tell us what the job has to do — the weight you're moving, the reach you need, the ground you're on — and we'll come back with what's available, what it costs delivered, and the lead time. That usually takes a couple of days, since we check specifications and emissions paperwork with the factory rather than guessing.
Same rule as everything else here: if it isn't a good fit, we'll tell you. There are machines we'd rather not put in front of you, and jobs where a different brand is the honest answer.
Less than a Kubota or a Cat of the same age. Name-brand machines hold roughly 15–20% more resale value than off-brand equivalents, and we're not going to argue with that.
Which is why this makes most sense if you plan to run the machine rather than trade it in. If your business model depends on residual value, factor that in before you decide.
The engines are configured for the US market, and we will give you the emissions certification documentation for the specific engine in your specific machine before you pay anything.
If the factory can't produce that paperwork for a machine, we won't put it in front of you. Ask for it — anyone serious should hand it over without hesitating.
The machine you're buying isn't built by us. It's built by a manufacturer with fourteen years in excavators and a long track record exporting into Europe — a market with strict emissions and machinery-safety requirements. They've been shipping equipment across oceans, through customs, and into regulated markets for over a decade. That experience is what stands behind your machine.
What we bring is the US end: a written quote with nothing hidden in it, documentation before you pay, video of your machine being built, and two people you can reach directly when you have a question. Same two, from the first call through delivery.
You've heard right — overstated tonnage and capacity are a real and common complaint in this category, and it's one of the reasons buyers get burned.
We publish operating weight, engine model and dig depth exactly as the factory documents them, and we'll send you the original factory spec sheet so you're not relying on our summary. If what arrives doesn't match what was quoted, that's a claim against the manufacturer and we'll take it to them for you — in Mandarin, directly.
Book a call if you'd rather talk it through, or send us the details and we'll come back with a price. Either way, we'll tell you honestly if buying used makes more sense for your situation.
Pick a time that suits you. We'll go through what you're digging, which machine fits, and what it costs delivered — no obligation either way.
See available times →If you'd rather see the factory spec sheet before you talk to anyone, say so and we'll email it with no follow-up call. We'd rather you have the numbers.
